The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the train station. It made it super easy to explore the city and get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a nice shower to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. And the best part was the delicious breakfast buffet. They had a wide variety of options, including some mouth-watering pastries. It was the perfect way to start each morning.

All of the staff members were consistently courteous and amiable. The room we had included climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. Favourable central location adjacent to site seeing and train and subway and the subway and the street.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with convenient access to public transportation and a quick walk to the shopping area. The hotel staff were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, offering a great view of the city. Having a Starbucks and convenience store nearby was also a bonus.

The hotel has direct access to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The view from the room is beautiful. The breakfast is good with plenty of time to enjoy it. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and lots of shopping malls, markets, and restaurants nearby.

Well-maintained & clean hotel, it was in a decent location, has best staff. We stayed in the a double room, room was warm and cozy. Early check-in, late check-out.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the train and bus station. The hotel facilities were great as well, and I especially enjoyed using the Wowpass machine in the lobby. the staff here were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel was great, and I appreciated the effort put into making sure everything was super clean.

Staff allowed early check-in for our young child. Clean and quiet room with provided amenities. Convenient underground walkway to Arex and other subways. Lotte mart within 8 minutes walk.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with direct subway access and a passageway to Lotte Outlet. The room was modern, clean and well-stocked with free facilities like an iron. Staff were courteous and kind, and security was excellent. I highly recommend Four Points.

I chose this hotel for attending a work assembly because it provides complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and 3 meeting rooms available for events. The staff was helpful and the location was very convenient for accessing Seoul Station.

The rooms are well designed and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options. The view from higher floors is breathtaking.

We loved staying here! The location couldn't have been better, being right at the railway station made travelling so easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they provided excellent service. Our room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel had a great selection of facilities, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area and fitness centre.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away, and there was even a covered underground walkway to protect me from the weather. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, assisting me with booking a taxi to the airport and allowing me to dispose of my broken suitcases. Despite the view of other buildings, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection of food. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
